Your HOA has worked hard to maintain dues where they are. After reaching out to many of our community members it has come to our attention that many of us prefer to pay our dues once a year. Starting in January of 2024 we will move to an annual maintenance payment. The cost of your HOA dues will not change but we will move to a one time payment due by the 2/1/2024. More details will be mailed out to all owners.
